About Brittany

Brittany moved to New Orleans eight years ago and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant culture, creativity, and sense of community. Her passion for wellness has always centered around one simple belief: taking care of your body should feel supportive, sustainable, and empowering.

With yoga certifications and over five years of experience in one-on-one personal training, Brittany takes a holistic approach to movement. Her philosophy focuses on building strength, flexibility, and overall health through mindful movement rather than harsh diets or intense training programs. She believes that when people move their bodies in ways that feel good, they’re more likely to stay consistent and develop a lifelong relationship with wellness.

Alongside her work in fitness and wellness, Brittany has a deep love for art and creativity. Inspired by both the artistic spirit of New Orleans and her passion for movement, she envisioned a space that brings these elements together. Her goal is to create a multi-functional environment where people can experience art, participate in yoga and training sessions, attend events, and gather in a welcoming third space designed for community and connection.

Brittany also brings seven years of experience working as a nanny, which has naturally expanded her work into youth programming. She offers kids camps that encourage movement, creativity, and confidence, helping children develop a positive relationship with both their bodies and self-expression from an early age.

Whether she’s guiding a personal training session, teaching yoga, hosting a group class, or creating space for art and community, Brittany’s mission is to help people feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to their bodies and to the world around them.
