Functional Strength is a full-body workout focused on building functional strength, improving mobility, and supporting everyday movement. This Monday evening class helps increase stability, endurance, and overall body awareness.
Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and low-impact conditioning, you’ll move through intentional circuits designed to challenge you while staying approachable and adaptable for different fitness levels.
