Rooted in both science and real life, this class blends mindful yoga with a deeper understanding of how we care for our bodies day in and day out. Expect intentional movement, spacious moments to breathe, and a gentle unraveling of whatever the week has wrapped you up in.

No extremes. No pressure to be “good” at yoga. Just space to move, feel, and maybe soften a little.
