Our small group yoga sessions are designed to help you improve mobility, stability, and body awareness through accessible, beginner-friendly yoga flows. Classes are intentionally kept small so you can receive individualized attention while still enjoying the energy of a group.
The series runs in weekly cohorts, meaning you’ll practice with the same small community each week while progressively building strength and confidence in your practice.
Expect a mix of gentle mobility work, functional strength, breath work, Hatha yoga, relaxation and recovery.
